How do virtual classes work?

What equipment will I need?
A computer or tablet with audio capabilities to access the course. Other items may be required that will be explained in a given course.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
All classes are pre-recorded and will be accessable for life.

As stated in the equipment question answer, a laptop or tablet with audio capabilities will be needed to access the course.
How do video meditation sessions work?
It is simple! We sit together in our respective places as I guide you through a specific meditation set out for that session., either in a group, right here on this website or a private video conference just between you and I.
What equipment will I need?
An internet or mobile connection and something to watch and listen with (ie. a tablet, computer or even a smart phone) and a place you feel comfortable in, either in a chair, on a yoga mat or even lying in bed. Yourself and a willingness to meditate with me.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
All group meditations will be recorded but prvate sessions will not. All group sessions will be available only to subscribers after they have been completed
